When you install and use SLA Guard, we may access information from your Shopify store that is necessary to provide the application's features.

• Alert and application settings configured by the merchant.

• Monitor Shopify orders against the configured fulfillment SLA.
• Identify orders that have exceeded the configured SLA.
• Create and manage SLA alerts.
• Display order and alert information in the SLA Guard dashboard.
• Send notifications related to SLA breaches.
• Maintain and improve the reliability and security of the application.

4. Shopify Data

SLA Guard only requests access to Shopify data that is necessary for the application to provide its intended functionality.

We do not sell Shopify merchant or store data to third parties. Shopify data is used to operate the SLA Guard service and provide its features.

5. Data Storage and Security

Information processed by SLA Guard may be stored on our servers for the purpose of providing the service.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide SLA Guard's functionality, maintain application records, and meet applicable legal or operational requirements.

When a merchant uninstalls SLA Guard, Shopify installation data and associated application data may be deleted or scheduled for deletion in accordance with our data retention procedures and applicable Shopify requirements.

7. Third-Party Services

SLA Guard may use third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate the application, such as hosting, database, email delivery, and application infrastructure providers.

These providers may process information only as necessary to provide the services used by SLA Guard.

Shopify merchants may also manage or revoke SLA Guard's access to their store by uninstalling the application through Shopify.
